Wright Angles Originals is delighted to offer authentic Indigenous hand screen-printed fabric, framed as fabric wall art to beautify your home or as a unique gift or souvenir.

The fabrics used are sourced from Injalak Arts. This Aboriginal owned and governed, non-profit community art centre is located at Gunbalanya (Oenpelli) in Western Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, Australia.

Injalak Arts operates one of Australia’s original Indigenous screen-printing textile workshops, established in 1989. The Kunwinjku men and women artists are renowned for their distinctive figurative art depicting mimih figures, ancestral beings and animals painted in x-ray style. These artists have created an exquisite range of fabric designs that the Injalak Arts workshop team carefully hand screen-print on-site to produce beautiful lengths of silk, linen and cotton. The artist designers and printers are paid a royalty for every metre printed.
